Introduce support for the `Fluxzero-Namespace` header.
If the header is present, its value determines the target namespace.

When `FLUXZERO_PROXY_JWKS_URL` is configured, the header value must be a
valid JWT. The proxy verifies the token via the JWKS endpoint and extracts
the namespace from its subject claim.

The switch from 2.20.1 from 2.20.0 of jackson somehow prevented the proxy from correctly deserializing web request settings. Apparently the switch messed with the order of dependencies preventing the assembly plugin from including the correct ones in the right order. Using shade plugin to fix and prevent further mix-ups.

threading: completely revert the use of virtual threads (GitHub)

Even when running in JRE 25, some users of the SDK experience app freezes when virtual threads are used. In those instances, responses sent by the runtime over websocket don't seem to be picked up by the new ThreadPerTask executor. This needs further investigation but for now, roll back the use of virtual threads.
