Start an app from your idea

Turn your idea into a first version people can use. Your agent builds the product and its behavior tests; Fluxzero provides the foundation to run it live.

From idea to first releaseOne agent + the Fluxzero plugin

Set up your agent and open an empty project directory.

  1. Tell your agent who the product is for, what they should be able to do and the rules that matter. For example:

    Ask your agent

Build a workshop booking app. Visitors can see dates and available places, reserve a place and cancel their own bookings. Organizers manage their workshops. Never overbook.

Answer product questions as they come up, such as who may cancel a booking or when booking closes.

  2. The agent creates the project and starts its development environment. Ask for the Devboard link when the app is ready to try. Check that it opens your new project and startup has completed.

    You should see

Your app running in App preview, with a first flow you can complete and behavior checks your agent can explain.

The preview is not ready yet

Let the agent inspect startup problems and logs before adding features. A failed build can leave an earlier working version visible. Confirm which version is running before reviewing the change.

  3. Try a successful booking, then a refusal such as reserving a full workshop. Refresh the screen and find the booking again. Check the experience on your phone and ask your agent to show the tests behind the rules.

Give concrete feedback on what you want to change. When the result is right, ask the agent to save a Git checkpoint and record the agreed decisions in Progress.

  4. A first useful version can go live quickly. Fluxzero already provides the hardened cloud foundation, and your agent builds behavior tests alongside the product. You can take the same code from the first working version into production.

Follow Publish your app to set up its live access and any external services, deploy the checked version and try the key flow at its live address. Then improve it as people use it.
